1 C butter or margarine
1/2 to 1 C diced onion
1 1/2 to 2 C chopped celery
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp sage
1 C chicken broth
16 C dry bread crumbs
Melt butter on low in a large frying pan. Add onion and celery and cook till transparent. Add seasonings and broth. Pour over over bread crumbs in a large bowl and mix well.
